All subscription payments made on Eliezar Christian Matrimony are final and non-refundable.

2. No Refund Conditions

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:

• Change of mind after subscription
• Failure to find a suitable match
• Lack of usage of the platform
• Dissatisfaction with matches or responses
• Account suspension due to violation of Terms & Conditions

3. Exceptional Cases

Refunds may be considered ONLY under the following conditions:

• Duplicate payment due to technical error
• Payment deducted but subscription not activated

Such requests must be raised within 3 days of transaction.

4. Refund Process

• Users must contact support with payment proof.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
• Refunds will be credited via the original payment method.

5. Admin Rights

• The Admin reserves the right to approve or reject any refund request at sole discretion.

6. Payment Gateway Issues

• In case of transaction failures, users should contact their bank or payment provider first.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment gateways.
