1. General Policy
All subscription payments made on Eliezar Christian Matrimony are final and non-refundable.
2. No Refund Conditions
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:
- Change of mind after subscription
- Failure to find a suitable match
- Lack of usage of the platform
- Dissatisfaction with matches or responses
- Account suspension due to violation of Terms & Conditions
3. Exceptional Cases
Refunds may be considered ONLY under the following conditions:
- Duplicate payment due to technical error
- Payment deducted but subscription not activated
Such requests must be raised within 3 days of transaction.
4. Refund Process
- Users must contact support with payment proof.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
- Refunds will be credited via the original payment method.
5. Admin Rights
- The Admin reserves the right to approve or reject any refund request at sole discretion.
6. Payment Gateway Issues
- In case of transaction failures, users should contact their bank or payment provider first.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment gateways.
